Lose 60 lbs.


I foolishly did not weigh myself at the start of the year, but for various reasons, I’m inclined to believe I was somewhere around 196/198 lbs.  Weighing myself today, I weigh in at 193.  I have such a long way to go, but I feel like I’m being a lot more level-headed about it this time, framing it mentally more about developing healthy habits, making positive food choices, reasonable indulgences, and making sure I stay active.  I’m back into my old gym routine (Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday) and hope to make home workouts more of a habit as well, even if it’s only Mondays and Fridays.
